NOBLE EXECUTIVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Company expressly prohibits any persons other than their own drivers from driving their
Vehicles.

The Company accepts no responsibility for damage to their cars by fire,
collision and the Companies legal liability for third party claims arising from use of their cars.
The company accepts no responsibility for any delays howsoever caused.

A reasonable amount of ordinary passenger luggage is allowed, but luggage which in the opinion
of the driver amounts to an excessive weight will not be carried. The Company accepts no
responsibility for any loss or damage to any luggage or property carried in or on the car, unless
the loss or damage is a result of negligence by the Company.

The Company reserves the right to invoice the client account OR CHARGE via credit or debit card with a charge unless a cancellation has
been received before allocation of Chauffeur Driven Vehicle.

Every effort will be made to carry out the booking but its due performance is subject to
cancellation by us or to such variation that we may find necessary or result of inability to secure
drivers, cars or as a result of any act of god, war, strike, lockout, Covid-19 spikes or any labour dispute, fire, flood,
drought, legislation or other cause beyond our control.

Clients are requested not to smoke or consume alcohol in the vehicle(s).

In the event of a breakdown, NOBLE EXECUTIVE LIMITED reserves the right to
provide a different vehicle to the one booked. If the vehicle is of a lesser standard,
an adjustment to the hire cost will be made to compensate for this.

Pricing is calculated by fixed price per mile , plus pick up fee , time duration and waiting time. If
job is cancelled after allocation of Chauffeur driven vehicle there is cancellation fee 25% of fare , if no show of passenger there is a cancellation fee 35% of fare plus any waiting time.

(Refund of full transfer amount is returned back to purchaser only if journey has not been already allocated to Chauffeur. Additionally if Noble Executive Limited is notified within 12 Hours from booking time. If Chauffeur has already been allocated refund will be issued minus the cancellation fee.)

For Airport Transfers we give complimentry free 30 Minutes waiting time at all major airports , train ,terminals etc from time of plane / train landed or arrived
after there is a fee of £1.50 per minute. Meet and greet are all included in airport and train etc. transfers

These terms and conditions are governed by English law.
